We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SUITMART.com. You may exchange or return most merchandise* for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, 30 days after receipt of purchase. Please see Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges below.
Exchanges
See directions below for returning merchandise for exchange below. After we have received your returned merchandise, we will send the new item(s) to you and we will pay for the shipping via UPS.
Refunds
See directions below for returning merchandise for refund below. We will issue refunds using the same method as the original payment.
Return Process if you have a SuitMart.com account
- Log in to your account (please see instructions below if you do not have a SuitMart.com account)
- Click on My Account at top of page.
- On My Account page, click on Order History tab
- On Order History page, click on Search. You may narrow down your search by using the filters.
- Find the order number of the purchase you want to return or exchange. Click on this number.
- Click on Create Return link.
- Complete the Return Request, specifying the reason for return or exchange.
- If exchanging, specify replacement item(s) in Comments section. SKU/Item number, Description, Size, Color and Quantity must be included for each exchange item desired. Please double check for accuracy.
- If you do not wish to use the pre-paid UPS label issued by SuitMart.com, please tell us in the Comments field "Returning using shippier of my choice."
Merchandise can be returned using a pre-paid UPS label issued by SuitMart.com or via the shipper of your choice. Choose the most convenient option for you.
Return using Pre-paid UPS label
- Prepaid UPS label will be e-mailed to you within 1 - 3 business days after you have completed and submitted a Return Request form.
- Affix prepaid UPS label to box with item(s) to be returned or exchanged and drop the package off at any UPS drop location within 30 days of receipt of purchase. If there is no UPS drop location in your area, please follow the "Return via any Shipper" instructions.
- When using the prepaid label you pay nothing up front. Instead, a return shipping charge of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund for returns weighing 5 pounds or less and $8.50 for all other packages.
- Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange; it may take longer for credit to appear on your charge card statement. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges), less the prepaid label return charge.
Return via Any Shipper

Return your package within 30 days of receipt of purchase, with copy of Return Request form, using the shipper of your choice to the address below. Please insure your package.

- Type as subject: "Return Request for Sales Order #(add your sales order number).
- Tell us the Sku/Item number(s) and Description of item(s) you would like to return. Sku/Item number and description can be found on your receipt.
- Tell us if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, tell us the SKU/Item number, Description, Size, Color and Quantity of the item(s) you would like in exchange.
- Give a brief description of why you would like to return or exchnage: Size, Color, Defective or Damaged (please explain), Wrong Item, Other (please explain).
- Tell us if you would like to return using a pre-paid Suitmart.com issued UPS label or will use a shipper of your choosing (shipping charges will be responsibility of customer).
- An email confirming your Return Request will be sent to your email address with 1-3 business days.
- Print copy of Suitmart.com email confirmation. Include copy of Suitmart.com Return Request email confirmation in return package.
- Returns received without SuitMart.com Return Request email confirmation cannot be processed (applicable only for returns for customers without SuitMart.com account).

Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
- Items purchased on SuitMart.com website may be returned through website only. Items purchased in SuitMart store must be returned at store.
- Shipping charges will be refunded only for items returned due to manufacturer's defect.
- Shipping charges for returned merchandise will be responsibility of customer except for items returned due to manufacturer's defect (applicable to returns shipped using pre-paid UPS shipping label issued by SuitMart.com. Shipping costs for all merchandise returned through customer's own shipper will be responsibility of customer).
- Worn or laundered merchandise will not be accepted for return refund or exchange.
- Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return refund or exchange, except if damage is due to manufacturer’s defect.
- Items returned for refund or exchange must include original tags with return.
- Dress shirts returned for refund or exchange must be returned in original packaging.
- Shoes returned for refund or exchange must be returned in original box.
- *Please note all jewelry and altered garment sales are final.
